The guarantee

If your Subclass 600 Tourist visa is refused after we lodge it, you can choose either:

• A free re-application — we prepare and lodge a fresh application addressing the refusal reasons, at no additional service fee from us. You will need to pay the AUD 195 government fee again, because the Department charges it per application.
• A full refund of our service fee — paid back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Prior refusal cases

Applicants with a prior visa refusal from any country are welcome to apply. Every prior-refusal file receives priority review from a Registered Migration Agent before we prepare the application. The guarantee covers you once your agent confirms — in writing — that your file is viable after reviewing your documents and prior-refusal letter. If the agent determines your case is not viable, we will tell you before you invest further and offer a fee refund minus our review cost.

Government fee

The Australian government Visa Application Charge (AUD 195) is non-refundable by the Department of Home Affairs. This fee is set by the Australian Government and subject to indexation — we confirm the exact current amount before lodging, and we have no ability to refund it.

Conditions

The guarantee requires all of the following:

• Truthful and complete disclosure. All information you provide — including any prior refusals, prior travel, financial documents, and personal circumstances — must be accurate and complete.
• You supply every document we request and follow your agent's advice.
• You do not withdraw the application yourself.
• Refusal is not due to an undisclosed Public Interest Criterion failure (e.g. character or health) that was not shared during onboarding.
