When you use the Approval Chances Checker, we collect the answers you provide and the email address you submit to view your results. If you proceed to apply, we collect the documents and personal information needed to prepare your Subclass 600 visa application.
How we use it
- To generate your indicative approval score and personalised notes.
- To email you a copy of your results and occasional follow-ups about your application.
- To prepare and lodge your visa application if you proceed.
- To improve our scoring rules in aggregate (we never sell your data).
Who can see your data
Your data is accessible only to Brasica Migration staff and the registered migration agent reviewing your file. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@brasicamigration.example.
